Dr. Jon M. Sweet, MD

Dr. Jon Sweet is a family medicine physician with over three decades of experience treating patients throughout Virginia. He completed his medical education at the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville before pursuing residency training in internal medicine at Wright-Patterson Medical Center. Dr. Sweet is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and communicates with patients in English.

Dr. Sweet practices at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, Virginia. He has particular expertise in managing respiratory conditions such as chronic bronchitis and COPD, as well as chronic lung disease. His clinical skills include administering various treatments including insulin pen training and autoinjector education for patients requiring ongoing medication management.
