Dr. Mallen is a very knowledgeable and kind physician! His staff is also very kind. Julianne even walked me to my car! I highly recommend Dr. Mallen because he listens, he is patient, he gives you guidance, he helps you heal, he gives you encouragement, his office is clean, his staff is helpful too!

Had knee replacement, issues developed 10 months later. After MRI, Dr said he did not see what the problem was. Suggested I get a second opinion. Second Dr looked at same MRI, found 2 issues with initial surgery. Had to have second operation with new Dr to corrected / replace 2 parts of the knee replacement.

I have been treated; operated in and brought back to health by Dr Mallen. Bilateral Knee Replacements. An expert at his job. Very caring and took the time to show true compassion I HIGHLY recommend this phenomenal Dr!!!!

GOOD SURGEON EXPLAINS OPERATING PROCEDURE & SHOWS A SCALE MODEL OF THE DEVICE HE WILL USE, APPRX LENGTH OF THE OPERATION & RECOVERY TIME. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN HIM 5 STARS BUT WE WERE KEPT WAITING FOR ALMOS TWO HOURS BEFOR HE SAW MY WIFE

Took my father here and waited over an hour to see the doctor, the staff had no explanations and kept saying we were next. This is unacceptable. Very busy office with lots of people waiting in waiting room.

This whole practice is run like a factory! This Dr. did not take the time to explain my son's injuries to me.I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!STAY AWAY
