Dr. Justin William Griffin, MD

I had a good first time visit. Although yes, the wait time was rather long, I’ve come to expect that with better providers. He listened to my concerns, had good bed side manner & showed compassion, thoroughly explained my x-rays & MRI and came up with a care plan.

My visit with Dr Grifgin went well, however, my wait time was 1.5 hrs before I saw him.

My experience with Dr. Griffin was disappointing. He or his medical assistant shared information in a manner in which the sharing was against HIPAA. Also, my wife and I were treated disrespectfully by him during our meeting. I hope he and Jordan Young improves its professionalism, communication, and patient privacy practices.

The staff is very competent, friendly and thorough. I went away without confusion regarding my actual condition.

Was not rushed. Dr. Griffin explained everything and gave me my options. He let me, the patient, decide what I wanted to do next. He did a clean up surgery on my 8.5 years ago and was great. Had to see him again, no more cartilage left. Scheduling my replacement surgery this week.

Very nice and patient explaining the situation with my shoulder and outlined treatment options.

Dr. Griffin is the best orthopedist in Hampton Roads, especially for athletes. He’s expert at his craft and doesn’t jump straight to surgery. He listens to the patient, understands their goals and clinical presentation to develop an effective treatment plan.

This was my very first visit with Dr. Griffin. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them all. He made some recommendations that I am happy with. Great bedside manners! Thank you !
