Very organized and ethical practice and they bring results. We had 3 children with them, all with first try. Very caring and cutting edge. Highly recommend!

Dr.Oktay is a great doctor and person itself. He has a great team and I never had that experience in my life with other doctors and their team. The way he customize care for each one, and spent as much time as needed with me during my treatment no one else did before. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and hope to see you in the future. Good luck with your research.

A ridiculous businessman. A snake oil seller in disguise. He is ousted from every university at which he worked and now he tries to sell his snake oil with a couple people who call themselves Dr. Oktay's nurses. He charges outrages prices for nothing. I will be complaining about him to the Medical Board.

Do not recommend.

Dr. Oktay changed my life. I had recurrent pregnancy losses (I lost 5). Nobody could figure it out. I was recommended Dr. Oktay by a friend who had success with him and was I happy to find him. Such a great doctor with compassion for his patients. In the end Dr Oktay found that I had a septum which he fixed with hysteroscopy and I was able to carry my first pregnancy after that. Thank you Dr. Oktay!

My husband and I have been trying to have a baby for years. My problem is low egg reserve. I produce 1-2 eggs per try and have had nearly 10 failures before I found Dr. Oktay. My search lead me to find something called random start protocol, which apparently he developed. While other doctors just wait for your period to start before giving you fertility drugs ( at which time it is too late for me as my eggs get older), Dr. Oktay does ultrasound exams throughout your cycle to see when you have the most number of eggs and then starts fertility drugs. This worked wonders for me. I ended up getting 4-5 embryos from each cycle. In the end we did genetic testing of my frozen embryos and now have 3 healthy embryos which we will use soon. Incredible! All thanks to Dr. Oktay and team in his Westchester and NY offices!

I am a 39 year old with large fibroid tumors. I have been suffering from infertility for years. I went through many eggs retrievals with little success . In many instances doctors could not even obtain any eggs from me due to my tumors. Enter Dr. Oktay. While I was told by others that my ovarian reserve was too low and there is hardly hope for me, Dr. Oktay quickly diagnosed the problem. It turned out that because of the size of my tumors, other doctors could not see my eggs. He did egg retrievals through my tummy, aspirating them with a needle. I ended up with 8 embryos. Thanks to Dr. Oktay I am a mother now and have the option to have more with those frozen embryos. Not only he is brilliant but also kind, caring and attentive to his patients. He saw me and did my ultrasounds at every visit. He was available for my questions. He and his staff held my hand all throughout the procedures. I understand he is now a Professor at Yale and that soothes this brilliant man and I hope that he… continues to see patients in NY as I may need him again one day. Lucky for those who can find such a competent doctor. Thank you!!

I have a cancer gene which makes me at risk for breast cancer. Because of Dr. Oktay's unique expertise I travelled to NY to treat my infertility. He treated me with a fertility protocol that he has pioneered using a pill called letrozole (keeps my estrogen low). He also did genetic screening on my embryos so that we could choose the one without the cancer gene. Thanks to him, in the end we found one healthy embryo and which successfully took. Dr. Oktay was outstanding and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will always travel to him no matter where he is.

I would not even give this man one star but Yelp requires you to. While this man may seem brilliant because of all the media coverage you can find of him online, do not be fooled. We had a few cycles that failed before realizing this man was giving us false hope so we'd open up our wallets once again. After talking to another couple, we also discovered that Dr. Oktay charges different prices for his devices BASED ON NATIONALITY. I did not witness this myself but the above mentioned patient also informed us that he is extremely rude, almost to the point of frightening, to his staff. In addition to that he does not have much of a staff and I assume that is the reason for this. He may have a big name but there are a number of other doctors out there that are not only willing to help your family but to do so fairly. Our experience was so poor with this doctor that we have begun the process of reporting him to the NYS DOH. RUN do not walk from this doctor.
