Rude and unprofessional. Wanted his assistant and stood in the hallway shouting her name. I challenged his choice of an Rx that was not recommended for over 60 years of age ( I am 77.) Called to relate that I was having stomach difficulties with the Rx. Took a week to get back to me. Said he was away, but what about another staff member responding? Have used this group before and was a patient of Dr. Kirby - liked him very much. I will not be returning to this group.

Very rude and all he cares is the money he collects by giving appointment at the same time for many patients. I was supposed to stay more than 2 hours to see his rude face for nothing.

Outstanding. I visit Dr. Close after a quack botched a first sinus surgery in a major way. The sinus surgery I had with Dr. Close was pain free, no complications & pain like I had with the first one by someone else. He really knows what he's doing.

Yes. Dr. Close is a little arrogant and cocky but so what. He has every right to be bc he's that good. He's a confident doctor who knows what he is doing and you know you're in good hands. He removed 2 tumors on 2 separate occasions with no complications. He didn't take my insurance but I was happy to have found the best doctor and happily pay out of pocket.

I had to pay over $1200 for a 5 min visit they said the insurance will pay but did not. They should have the guts to let the patient know upfront what the charges could be. Very arrogant Doctor he talked about himself the whole time. Do not recommend.

We found Dr. Close to be an excellent doctor, he spent time with us and explained everything clearly. He was caring and everyone we came in contact with at his office was helpful and friendly.

performed excellent procedure but as bright as he is he's just that cocky. just an obnoxious doctor that needs to change his personality. his staff is pretty unfriendly too.

He gave me an unnecessary 4 hour operation for sinus problems. I didn't have "sinusitis", I had migraines!!!!
