Dr. Lechi Pham, MD

I chose Dr. Le Chi Pham hoping for a kind, caring, and holistic approach, but was disappointed. She often seems tired and disengaged, talks over the patient, and doesn’t fully listen or value my input about my own body. It feels like she dismisses patient concerns and acts as though she can’t be wrong, even when acknowledging she doesn’t have enough information. This makes it hard to feel heard, respected, or supported

It is difficult to communicate with Dr. Le Chi Pham. She sometimes talks over the patient, doesn’t fully listen, and appears rushed or frustrated. This makes it challenging to feel heard and understand my care

I feel like she is unsympathetic to my father's health. she is always gone and she doesn't seem to understand that my father is elderly and English is his second language and she expects him to understand her fast talk. I really don't want her to be my father's internal medicine doctor. I am currently trying to get. my father a different doctor.

Seems like she could have Asperfer's as she seems oblivious and unsympathetic when I was obviously in pain when she was cutting a cyst from me after the local lidocaine injection wore off. Made excuses about it being a hassle to give me another shot.

Spends most of the appointment complaining she has no time and is overworked. Does not want to listen to patient concerns. Becomes very defensive if you ask questions. Orders too many unnecessary tests. Prescribes too much medication. Will not look at the whole picture to see what a patient needs but only considers one ailment and one diagnosis at a time. She is almost always behind on her schedule and blames Kaiser or her patients. It is her own fault that she is always late because she is so busy going over test results and prescriptions and doesn't really advance the care. Very RUDE when she's having a bad day. She basically told me to SHUT UP on 3 different occasions. I have been going through major health issues for the last couple of years and I've never had a complaint against the 75+ doctors I've worked with, until now.

She looks anorexic which is unhealthy for a doctor. Insists on multiple medications as opposed to good diet and nutrition. Can only focus on one ailment for each visit and not concerned with your overall health. She is frustrated if you do not agree with her diagnosis.
