Dr. Lin Gehua Lemay, MD

I was referred by my orthopedic surgeon to Dr. Lemay a few years ago. Dr. LeMay is caring but the front office is horrible!! Maria is rude and does not care about patients. The other girl is also rude and makes fun and laughs with Maria. All the time I was waiting in the waiting room, they were gossiping and laughing. The third girl is not much better. Last time, I went back a few days after seeing Dr. Lemay, to have the doctor fill out the paperwork that she did not fill out completely and Maria ignored me for 2 hours. Then I asked the other girl if she can let Dr. Lemay know that I am waiting and she said that she does not work for Dr. Lemay. The third girl did not help either. After finally seeing the doctor I did complain to her. I tried to make an appointment last week and left messages but no one called me back and I called the office many times and kept ringing so I asked a friend to call and Maria picked up after the second ring and offered my friend an appointment for the next… day. I called them again right after my friend hung up and no answer so now I am sure they have blocked my cell number!! I like to see Dr. Lemay but because of her front office, it is impossible. They don't even pick up the phone!! This is unbelievable!! I will try to reach Dr. Lemay so I can let her know about the treatment patients get. So sad that a person like Maria who is supposed to help people and the patients could be so abusive. She is not even doing her job...Maria or people like her should not be dealing with people and especially be in the medical field. So unprofessional and sad...

Horrible front desk staff and it just got worse from there.

I had consulted several neurologists in the past. But the best experience was with Dr. Lemay. She did a comprehensive evaluation of my condition, and prescribed the medicines which give me a good result/healthy feeling. Thank you so much, Dr. Lemay.

Dr. Lemay's office is a nightmare. Maria who runs the office is rude, hostile and unprofessional. She insisted I pay cash, because my insurance card had not arrived. She refused to call and verify that I was covered. I paid the $500 cash to later find out that my insurance had also paid for the visit. I have been trying to get reimbursed for over a year. I also requested my records and was rudely told that they are not a Kinkos. Life is too short to deal with Maria. Bye!

Misdiagnosed me. Disorganized, messy, and unable to decipher lab results.

The best Dr can anybody have , funny , human, knowledge, right diagnosis, , she is a true dr, she is there to help you ,and not to get your money , HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, and great staff too.

Dr. Lemay is a great neurologist. She was very thorough when she examined me and she took the time to explain what could be causing my balance problems and unsteady gate. She also ordered blood work, physical therapy, and devices that will help me achieve better mobility than I currently have. I highly recommend Dr. Lin to anyone who has neurological issues.
