Dr. Marcus Jerrod Malone, MD

Absolutely a wonderful doctor. Listens , understands, perfect bedside manner, very professional and intelligent physician. His nurse is exceptional . Very compassionate and kind. Really make an appointment that would typically be stressful for me due to anxiety and pain I endure a pleasurable experience.

Treated me for sciatic issues with numerous injections. After no relief, I went to an orthopedic who diagnosed me with a ruptured hamstring with a simple 5 minute exam. Malone doesn’t spend enough time with patients. Cost me a year of my life but he doesn’t really care. 3 minutes per patient is his MO. Sad

The staff is extremely rude and incompetent. They do not follow through on prescriptions and blame the insurance company for delay, which in all incidents were not true and well documented by the insurance provider. Dr. Malone is very rushed and does not provide the quality of care that would be expected. Additionally, he refuses to see patients that are reduced to tears because of their pain. I dumbfounded by his inability to handle the emotional responses of patients that have chronic pain. If you are thinking of seeing him, please do your research with the FL Dept of Health as there have been concerning past issues.

Best chronic pain Doctor I have ever been treated by. I have suffered from chronic pain for 20 years. I have had several surgeries and attended many pain clinics. I was sent to Dr. Malone 12 years ago. In this time he has never failed to listen, show concern and do his best to relieve my pain and show concern for my general health. He treats you like a person and talks to you not down to you. He is honest even when the truth not good. I moved and now I drive 3 hours to see Dr. Malone. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Anyone who is contemplating surgery or has chronic pain should see Dr Malone and have a plan in place for post operative pain. He is a very good listener and his goal is for his patients to live a quality pain free life. His staff is amazing---caring and always available to assist. He has been treating me for two years and especially after back surgery. I highly recommend him.

Had a 3pm appointment with Malone and arrived at 2:30 to fill out paperwork. I was told that since I didn't have the paperwork already filled out( They never sent it) they cancelled my appointment.. I'll find another doctor.

I think Dr. Malone is the very best pain management Dr. in Indian River. I was in so much pain, he sat and listened to everything, didn't rush me in and out like most, I was very at ease with Dr. Malone, trusted him complete with my care. I just saw him on Friday for a follow up from my MRI, the office was suppose to call with appointment for a 3rd epidural, but instead told me Dr. Malone was no longer with the practice. I was so shocked, and they wouldn't tell me where he went. I have to try and find him somehow!! He is the very best

Today was my first visit. Dr.Malone was very kind.and listened.to what I said and he is very undestanding. The best pain doctor in treasure Coast area I have been to.hands down.

Dr. M. Malone is the definition, IMHO of what a Physician is. His character shone bright from the minute we met for my first appt, esp. at a time when locating a pain managment Doctor was very difficult here in IRC.He has made a very huge impact on my health as he seemingly goes behond and above in caring and does what ever is need for a patients regaining a better quality of life.
