Was doubtful about knee surgery but believed in Dr. Pizzurro’s expertise and it was the best decision. Outcome was better than expected. He couldn’t have been more empathetic to my situation and made sure I was given the tools to the best recovery. Dr. Pizzurro and his team are exceptionally understanding. Wouldn’t think of going to anyone else.

Dr. Pizzurro is very professional and knowledgeable and was able to help me understand my personal situation in a simplified manner. In addition, he was very good at prescribing optimal solutions/ options and help us navigate through the issue at a pace we are comfortable with.

Fantastic surgeon! I had my left knee replacement 6 weeks back. The recovery was faster than my previous right knee replacement. Both were done by him. From beginning to end, excellent care is given by him and his staff.

Total knee replacement patient. Dr Pizzuro was excellent and patient explaining the process, particularly the care needed in the days following surgery. He prescribed a RomTech bike, which my insurance approved. That is an amazing tool! I choose to rent a NICE1 ice-compression machine, which I highly recommend. Dr Pizzuro called me Sat, the day after surgery, to check in and make sure I stay on top of pain meds as that would be the most difficult day due to swelling. For me the stiffness on day caused less discomfort than I had been having for months! Go with Dr Pizzuro for success!

Dr Pizzurro shows a deep empathy for the patient. He wanted to have me, the patient, understand the importance of proper care after the surgery. I live alone and he wanted to be sure I knew how important it was for my recovery to arrange to have help at home.
