The absolute rudest, office manager - who actually tried to get away with a lie (Texas Medical Board would love to hear about this!) she was caught in. Misinformed patient of the office processes, requirements. BEWARE of this office. Dr. Jaffe needs to get a handle on his office staff - the front line to his medical practice.

Not only did I find Dr. Jaffe to be personable and professional, but he did such a superb job on my blepharoplasty. His staff was outstanding as well. I would recommend Dr. Jaffe without reservation to anyone needing his service. Barbara.....Arlington, Texas.

Dr Jaffe explained to me that I had two conditions, a droopy lid and extra skin. He explained what would be covered and what would not be covered under insurance. I am very happy with results.

He suggested I get the eyelid surgury and said Medicare covered it. A couple of days before surgury I was told I would have to pay $275.00 which I did then I went for my follow up appointment I told him I still had a lot of loose skin making my eyes droopy. He said he cut off as much as Medicare paid for and I could wait a while then come back for more surgury which I would have to pay for because it would be cosmetic. It floored me because I have always go beyond the call of duty with my clients and I didn’t take an oath and my eyesight is not better I have gone back to wearing reading glasses.
