Dr. Fitzpatrick is one of the most caring, compassionate doctors I could ever had the pleasure of receiving care from. He takes the time with his patients so that when you leave your appointment, you know that you have been seen and heard as a patient and treated with the highest quality of care. Sometimes this level of care causes delays on the front end or with access but in the end, the wait is always worth it. I can't imagine anyone else that I would want as my primary care doctor.

Sometimes you have to wait for him. This is because he takes his time and LISTENS to patients. He is the BEST doctor I have ever had in my long life. He is a good physician who knows what he's doing, who investigates and provides answers when he does not, and is a kind, thoughtful and caring person.

I AM A PATIENT SINCE DR. FITZ OPENED HIOS PRACTICE AND I WOULDN'T CONSIDER ANOTHER DOC TO TAKE CARE OF MY GENERAL MEDICAL NEEDS. SUPER PERSONALITY!!! BOB RIST

Dr. Fitzpatrick is great his support staff is unsynchronized unresponsive staff. Calls will always go to voice mail and take 4-8 hours for a return message. My chart emails are not read for up to 24-30 hours. Staff coordination is poor different answers from different staff members, not talking.

Have been seeing Dr. Fitz for about 1 or 2 years now. I have consistantly been meet with absolute promptness and concern from staff regarding appointments , info to Dr etc. Dr. Fitz takes time listening to my concerns and offering excellent advice, treatments, suggestions etc. This 15 minute wait time wa for an unscheduled ...fit me in visit. Not bad I d say!!!!

Dr. Fitzpatrick is an excellent, caring, physician. He is a good listener and has an honest concern for his patients, which is why he is not so prompt. You can expect to be treated exceptionally well by his staff and himself. Good things are worth waiting for.

Dr. Fitzpatrick is fantastic except for one major flaw. He never follows up after tests. I have had to call every single time that I've been waiting for test results and even then it might be 2 - 3 days before I receive a call back from a nurse...never from him.

Dr. Fitzpatrick has an excellent bedside manner and is extremely personable. Although at times he may run a little behind schedule, I don't mind because I know the level of attention he provides his patients. In my experience, he has always been spot on with his diagnosis, his staff is courteous. Also, I love the Sentara MyChart to interface with the office when necessary.

I have recently returned back to Dr. Fitzpatrick since he came to Sentara. He is an excellent Dr. He listens to everything you say and offers excellent advice. I would highly recommend him.
