Waiting more than 3 hrs everybody has same or close to appt. times. Disgrace to say the lest.

A call taker by the name of kim out of the Queens office left me on hold for 20mins never returning to the phone, I had to hang up and call back when I tried my call was constantly disrupted, the women that's supposed to deal with your med documents never do call backs nor do they make sure your therapy is confirmed for doctors, I guess it's cheap labor but the incompetence level is disgusting, please retrain or let go, or lose customers.

I have never experienced a Doctor more compassionate with expertise. Dr. Hearns is truly unique in a health field filled with Doctors who are counting numbers. You feel like his only patient.

dr. michael takes the time to listen to you and then recommends/starts appropriate treatment. i feel like he is a friend and would recommend him. i have chronic injury related and pain problems. he always tries his best to relieve the stress and pain associated with my chronic injuries.
