Dr. Sailer is awesome! He listens to his patients and explains things in a manner in which you can understand. He replaced my shoulder in 2018 and is now helping to address a knee issue. I can't express how much I appreciate this Dr. and his staff. Jacob has been wonderful to work with too!

Dr. Sailer was very informed about my condition even though my MRI was conducted by Optum/Everett Clinic. He professionally gave me my options, explained risks, outcomes and timeliness. He coordinated with the scheduler to get me in for surgery as soon as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Sailer.

Very busy schedule for Dr. Sailer the day I was in. My appt was rushed, and he talked so fast I didn't retain anything. And, obvious he didn't have the time to review my chart before coming in to see me.

Takes time to answer all questions and actually gets to know his patients. Reviewed operation photos with me and talked about the procedure/process. A genuine doctor that cares about his patients! The surgery went extremely well and I’m on my way to a full recovery! THANK-YOU Dr. Michael Sailer. The staff, from Melissa (scheduler) to Jacob (medical assistant), has been a real pleasure to work with too.
