Billing dept is a mess (over $5 - I paid they say no...the battle goes on) The third person I talked to said they have to talk to a fourth ....then to another "IT" person. I look online and there is a note on my statement that says "account seriously delinquent". no no no never. They are hosed up. The more employees I talk to the more I learn about how bad it is for THEM trying to fix problems and having many irate customers. I am told they have been working for three years on "fixing" the billing system....with little progress. About a year and a half ago Proliance had a major security breach where our personal information was taken. I am not feeling very good about their security level even now. There are a lot of good surgeons in the Seattle, Bellevue, Issaquah area .....find one that is not part of Proliance.

A few positives that get the one star instead of zero stars. I must start with the billing dept which is a horrible mess. Lots of mistakes and they refer me back and forth between people making mistakes. Much wasted time just trying to pay a bill.(actually already paid, but they keep billing me as they have my account mixed up with some other account....ugh) For the time being I am still stuck in "limbo" with the billing department who is confused by their own system and tell me "we will call you back". Billing says they need someone else at a different Proliance office look at my account. They are pretty mixed up. You think it should be simple as they demand co pays at time of service. How hard is that to track for them? Every month I get a bill they they struggle to explain. . And.... on the online bill they have noted: "Your account is seriously delinquent. Please contact our business office to avoid further collections activity". This is horrible treatment.
