Dr. Boone is an exceptional surgeon and a truly wonderful person.He came highly recommended by my dear friend Shakira, and I now understand why. From the very beginning, Dr. Boone made me feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, yet also kind, patient, compassionate, and attentive. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. Undergoing knee-replacement surgery can feel overwhelming, but Dr. Boone’s calm and reassuring manner gave me tremendous peace of mind. I feel incredibly blessed and grateful to be under his care. I could not have chosen a better doctor and would recommend Dr. Boone without hesitation to anyone needing outstanding orthopedic care.

Was seen promptly as scheduled. Dr. Boone listened to me carefully and then explained I have bone on bone on the inside of both knees. Rather than suggesting surgery, he recommended trying steroid injections with a new medication. He promptly proceeded with the injections after I agreed and told me I would have noticeable improvement in four to five days. I took advantage of the “placebo” effect (ha-ha)and in the evening the same day went for a 1.25 mile walk with 170’ of elevation gain without discomfort. Hopefully I will be good through the summer and beyond.

Over the years Dr Boone has replaced both of my knees. He will be replacing my right hip this May. I would not want anyone else to replace my hip! I have and will continue to recommend him to others. He is an excellent doctor and surgeon!!! I feel completely at ease under his care.

I recently saw Dr. Boone for a second opinion for a possible hip revision. I have unique symptoms that have been challenging to diagnose the cause and had an evaluation with Dr. Boone to advise on best options for resolution. Dr. Boone was very thorough - reviewed my history and images and explained hip revision options along with risks. He answered my questions and was very responsive. I especially commend the coordination with my primary surgeon, Dr. Hulst, who is also at Proliance with Dr. Boone. I have a complex orthopedic history that stems from childhood and both surgeons have been outstanding. The care has been excellent and despite my complicated situation, I am confident in the direction from Dr. Boone and Dr. Hulst. I am very impressed with the responsiveness and follow up provided by both Dr. Boone with Dr. Hulst. Their expertise in complex hip disorders and surgical intervention is some of the best I have encountered both in my long term career as a healthcare executive… and as a patient with a complex orthopedic history attributed to a chronic illness. I feel fortunate to be in their care and highly recommend.

I have been seeing Dr Boone for years dealing with various surgeries and joint replacement. I would trust no one else to put me under and know that I would wake up and all I would be just fine! He is the best and would gladly recommend Dr Boone to anyone needing an orthopedic surgeon!
