A fabulous, caring doctor. My strongest recommendation. He really takes the time to explain things, then performs flawlessly. Truly great! The only downside is he is hard to get into because he is in very high demand.

I would recommend Dr. Ratcliffe to any of my friends. He has operated on my mom, my son, my husband and also did my rotator cuff surgery. He is the best Dr. I've ever had. He cares a lot about his patients.

Dr. Ratcliffe has a very busy practice so he's not easy to get in to. But he is knowledgeable and passionate about orthopedics and is a great doctor. He often runs a little late seeing patients, but it is because when he is with a patient, he takes the time needed and doesn't rush you through. Also he doesn't push surgery but will suggest other viable treatments first. I highly recommend him.

I heard about Dr. Ratcliffe from a friend and after much thought I had Dr. Ratcliffe replace my right knee and scope my left. I can't say enough good about Dr. Ratcliffe. I appreciated his caring before and after the procedures. He's the BEST!!

We've been seeing Dr. Ratcliffe for at least 20 years. He's great and never makes you feel like he doesn't have time for you. He also pursues less-invasive remedies whenever he thinks that they'll work and uses surgery only when needed. I really trust him and his judgement - he's very caring and energetic and seems to love what he does. The only problem is that he's so popular, he can be hard to get in to.

Unfortunately I've had surgeries on both elbows and right shoulder. Rat is the best. Having been a riveter my injuries are very common in the field. Recovery time and success of the surgeries was great. Nicest guy you ever want to have to meet. Can't start to say enough good about him. Very personable and truly concerned about your well being.
