I had a plate and screws and a cadaver bone put in upper neck/ spine. I have done very well, but I am now having the same burning stabbing pain in the back of neck and shoulder. I think you had done the surgery around 2005. Am going to try and get an appointment with you. Will not see anybody else.

I am waiting now for impending surgery with Dr. Reed. I have never had back surgery but have tried everything else to prevent it. I am very nervous about surgery but everyone that I have spoken to and have read, I have not heard only positive comments. The office visit was very professional and Dr. Reed explained exactly what needed to be done. Also allowing me to make the decision on when I was ready, which I am. As active as I am I want to be back to normal. I am so tired of temporary fixes and just want the pain to go away. Thank you Dr. Reed and staff for being so nice.

When I went in to see Dr. Reed, I was in complete agony. My foot was numb. Standing was horrible, sitting worse, and laying down -there was no comfortable position. He did surgery on my lower 2 vertebrae and took care of the numbness in my foot, the sciatic pain in my right leg, and I could now sit, stand, and sleep comfortably. I would never go to another doctor for my back. This man is amazing.
