As a new patient, my experience has more than met my expectations. I expect kindness, outstanding customer etiquette and a friendly voice to greet and serve me . I received that service when I called to make the appointment, when I arrived, met my doctor and returned two days later for lab work. I'm so grateful and I believe I have found a home. Doctor Henley is great. Personable, knowledgeable and has a caring touch.

10/10 experience regardless, but maybe ask for any final questions or something to imply the end of the exam. I was mistakenly under the impression my doctor would come back when she left to print out papers.
