Disorganized Staff, Will not Communicate. Good Luck getting a Nurse to Call you back let alone Dr Kaplan. You can do way better in this day, age and technology.

Dr Kaplan has been my Gastro Guy for upwards of 10 years. I like and appreciate his direct and no nonsense approach. Interesting that as my Physian has changed three times (Retirements, changed medical plans), all of them know of Kaplan. I trust him.

Dr. K. Was unable to perform the scheduled procedure due to complications found during the initial scope. He was very clear and precise in describing why the procedure was aborted, his followup checks and call to the primary care physician, the pre-existing complicating condition, and next steps. Very professional
