Knows what he is doing, but not good at explaining what he is doing. I left and went to a different doctor, they were nice, but he was better at helping me

Don't ever go to this Dr.Uddin, his stone age policy of medical records. In short he can not see you with out medical records.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a doctors office, the front office girl is very incompetent took six weeks to get a referral, after I spent three hours on the phone tracking down the company that would supply the medication as she told me the wrong place.I had to call my dad‘s insurance and find out who was handling the medication. She never sent a prescription to them. I called her two weeks in a row, her response was I’ll get to it when I get to it. She had a bad attitude. The doctor he was OK I really couldn’t understand too much of what he said. I don’t think the doctor really understands the type of job his front office girl is doing she’s not doing a job at all I had to do her job for her. He needs to get rid of her fast because that’ll drive the patients away real quick. He needs someone that’s confident that answers the phone in a timely matter, and don’t let you hang on for 15 minutes and then come Back to the phone with a big attitude. I have now found an office… that’s very good they call you in a timely matter with your prescription and your referral anything you need there on top of it ,that’s the kind a office I want take my dad, a office that cares. doctors need to retire after a certain amount of time, they get burn out and it shows everything starts falling through the cracks at their office. . quiet soft-spoken. I believe the doctor has no clue what a horrible job the front office girl is doing he needs to get rid of her and get a office staff that cares about the patient patient comes first not someone that doesn’t care about their job and helping others just just the worst.

Don’t expect more than 30 seconds and zero quality explanations or recommendations from this “doctor.” First red flag was his cash only policy. Second, he must spend zero time reviewing your charts because he didn’t know my prescription history, that of which he was the prescriber... Truth is that he doesn’t ask relevant questions, or really any questions, he doesn’t seem interested in healing, but rather he will be happy to take your cash and just prescribe drugs without explanation or reason. It scares me that this clown is a doctor. Please, please, DONT NOT GO TO THIS GUY. Common thief in my opinion. Oh, and I call him a clown because if he doesn’t have an answer to a question, which seems to be very common given all the reviews I now see, he will simply insult you and walk out, I'm not kidding. A man child that seems to have scammed his way through Dow Medical School in Pakistan and is now dragging down our medical system. He should not be practicing here, or anywhere.

Does not take patients complaints seriously, does not follow up with patients, does not follow through on pharmacy refills. Records are not digitized, so if you call one office requesting a refill, they may put you off until the doctor returns the office days later and has access to records. Disorganized, inconsiderate, and unprofessional.

All I did was try to make an appointment as suggested by my doctor (Combs) I was treated so rudely on the initial phone call to them.. that I felt discouraged and I appoligized for calling. Now I see ll these reviews and have decided I don't want to go further. There are more doctors than this one! We are getting too old to mess with mean...

My mom was referred to this Neurologist Dr Uddin in Wildomar and we got there in his clinic at @2:30pm for our appointment at 3pm. Unfortunately, my mom wasnt seen by this doctor because we did not bring her Insurance card. I have with me my mom's Medicare card, and the rest of eligibility and Authorization papers approved by her HMO Insurance. Jolene, who introduced herself as the Office manager as well as a certain Vanessa, her assistant(?) who refused to give their last names to me (which I hope they gave me their right names) saying it's their right and privacy not to disclose their names to anybody, said that my mom CAN NOT BE SEEN by the doctor AND CAN NOT even be RE-SCHEDULED EITHER without an Insurance card. Those 2 staffs of Dr Uddin were not so accommodating enough to help and assist me with my concern. My mom is 93 yo, totally blind and they never considered our situation at all. I saw the doctor walking around and never initiated to ask what's the problem. I called my… mom's PCP office and requested them to fax over the Insurance information of my mom and they did, but for some reason, that Vanessa and Jolene said they have not received anything yet. I knew it could take time before they receive it. I then called the Humana office and told me they can only mail us the Insurance card in 10 days. Our visit to that clinic is very frustrating. Those 2 staffs were never understanding, accommodating and not considerate to help and assist their customers. They do not know how to deal with their customers and never took effort to resolve whatever concern or problem we have. I asked if we could just reschedule the appointment, but they said they can not reschedule because it's the office policy and Dr Uddin does not reschedule appointments once appointments are cancelled. It is already 4:15 pm and we were there for almost 2 hours and yet, my mom can not be seen just because we dont have that Insurance card. All the Insurance information are already there presented to them and they can even check the eligibility of my mom through the website, if they only want to. All they want is to present them that CARD, which I find it to be stupid. We were already there and yet they did not extend any help at all to fix the problem. They even dont want to reschedule the appointment due to their STUPID POLICY!!! I already knew that this doctor has a low review ratings before going there but he was chosen by my mom's PCP so I did not mind it at all. But lesson learned. YOU MUST TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THOSE REVIEWS IN THE INTERNET from time to time. You will never want to experience the same frustrations in your life. I doubt if this Doctor is really good, considering the poor reviews he has in the internet.

Treats patients like garbage. He practically threw my prescription in my face and said “this is the last prescription I’ll write for you.” Refuses to call in prescriptions. Did not ask any questions about recent emergency room visit and told me that I needed to walk to the nearest hospital to get paperwork (I do not drive and need assistance with walking, so this was said purely out of spite).

In 23 years of bringing my son to doctors (for seizure and mitochondrial disorder) I have NEVER experienced such rude office staff and such an unprofessional doctor. I will not go into details of the visit, but needless to say I DO NOT recommend him to anyone. I have never given public feedback on professionals but I felt it was necessary to do so.

First of all, I can't believe this so called Dr. is still able to practice! He's incredibly rude, doesn't want to listen or do the work to figure out what is causing your neurological issues. He came in the room with a horrible attitude, and completely dismissed everything I had to say. He was incompetent and didn't care about my situation. All he cared about was sticking my head with needles before diagnosing me! Zero communication skills. Your supposed to be able to communicate with your Dr., not get treated like your an annoyance that you don't want to help and get out of your office as soon as possible! This is literally the WORST Dr.,( if you could call him that) I've ever had the misfortune of seeing. All these reviews are exactly on point. I NEVER write reviews, but in this case, felt it was completely necessary. The most unpleasant, unhelpful, unprofessional Dr. EVER!! And that's being kind.
