Dr. Durso and her team made our dreams come true. Things just weren't working for us to have a baby. We tried two IVF transfers, and she analyzed it every time and the third time was a success. Super intelligent and professional.

Dr. Durso played an integral role in our journey. Not only is she an expert in her field, but her compassionate approach and sincere dedication to her patients truly distinguish her. Her unwavering support and encouragement provided us with the resilience and assurance necessary to navigate this complex journey with confidence. I cannot recommend Dr. Durso highly enough. Dr Durso and my nurse Adriane were a pleasure to work with at the Fredericksburg Shady Grove office. They were patient and kind throughout my treatment and answered all questions quickly. After TTC for over a year with little support from my previous OB, it was refreshing to have a team that cared so much about getting down to why it wasn’t happening. Would recommend working with this team and will be back in the future if needed!

Dr. Durso and her whole team are wonderful! My gynecologist recommended we contact Dr. Durso when my husband and I were struggling with secondary infertility. She and her team took the time to answer all of our (many) questions throughout the diagnostic and IVF process. Overall, couldn't be happier with our choice of provider!

The entire staff of Dr. Durso was very kind, understanding, and patient. Dr. Durso was wonderful, thorough and helped me understand fertility issues after a terrible experience with my obgyn.

I have been seeing Dr. Durso for years and love her. She is always very informative and has helped me tremendously.

My husband and I spent $20,000 out of pocket. I was at a very critical time, interms of age, and time was of the essence. After no success, I tried another reproductive doctor. I brought all of my paper work from Dr. Durso to the new doctor. On the first visit while he was looking at her paperwork. He immediately said you have an obstruction in your uterus. Did she discuss this with you. I said no. He said I can look at it here. I will do my own examination and I will confirm. He did it the same day and he told me that I needed to have an immediate DNC to get this out, otherwise I would NEVER be able to get pregnant. He sent me to my Gyno to get this done. My Gyno also confirmed the findings. I called Dr. Durso to tell her what happen since there was only 2 weeks between my last visit with her to the new doctor, and sadly she was silent. No apology, no offer to "hey lets try it again". I was crying on the phone because all of this was so hard. Every time the procedure did not work I… would be devestated. Meanwhile it was not even my fault. She was cold and unapologetic. This caught me off gaurd since she was so warm during our visits. Anyone can make a istake we are not perfect, but no apology, NOTHING!

Dr. Durso recommended that I have my tubes tied due to severe endometriosis with the possibility that it might create less blood flow. Within two months, I had the worst abdominal pain ever. After performing a sonogram she informed me I had an ectopic pregnancy (tubal litigation). I was astonished and in disbelief since she had just tied my tubes. She scheduled me for an emergency surgery the next day, however, the tubal litigation burst prior to surgery and I lost quite a bit of blood. I passed out and had to end up having a blood transfusion while in surgery. While there the nurses commented that she, Dr. Durso had messed up again as if this had happened before. Six months after she fixed the ectopic pregnancy I had to have a partial hysterectomy! BEWARE of this doctor.

Waiting room was accommodating. Parking was sufficient. Lunch counter in the building next door if you get to things freakishly early, like myself! Staff was competent and appeared happy in their work. Dr. Durso has a great style. She listened (and retained) to my story thus far and what brought me to her office. She laid out multiple options, helped identify dependencies and then let me decide. She did administer tests that further informed my decision. I am very appreciative of the service and information I received. Thank you

I would definitely rate Dr. Durso's practice 4 stars from Sep, 2012-Feb, 2013. However, there is a big change in March, 2013 at her practice. 1. I noticed there is a disconnection since this February. The nurses don't follow up all the time and sometimes will deliver incorrect information. 2. I was informed that Dr. R would do my procedure a day before the procedure. The reason I chose this practice because I prefer to deal with a doctor that I trust. Dr.R left right after the procedure. He didn't even say a word and did't give us a chance to ask the questions. 3. The new nurse didn't wear gloves when she draw my blood and she picked up the gauze pad dropped and used it on my arm to stop the bleeding. Dr. Durso is good, but her staffs are not that good anymore.
