In my opinion, she does not care, talks down to you and can’t be bothered. If our mother had another chance we would avoid Sloan Kettering and all their doctors.

We lost a loved one too soon. IMO there are better options.

By far the worst doctor I have ever met in my life! I had 2 sick parents and with all the doctor interactions I’ve had in 6 years, she is the worst! If you see she is “treating” your loved one, run! Run as fast as you can and take your loved one away from her! Save yourself the disappointment!

In my opinion she should not be a Dr. and she does not care about the patient.

Has room to improve on bedside manner. Tends to look down at patients and family members, especially when we asked questions. Seemed too busy to pay attention to our concerns.

Very Poor Explaining What is going on...with your family member in ICU under her care. Also will not give a definite answer on anything...More suited to be an Attorney with her style of communication.

Dr. Raoof is not articulate. She cannot explain medical information easily. If a patient asks questions that she does not know how to respond, she gets reacts condescendingly. She lacks appreciation of the importance of patient-doctor relationships.
