Dr Natoli Recommendation If I could give more stars, I would. I am a 54-year-old woman, and if you had told me five years ago that I would be writing a glowing review for a plastic surgeon, I would have said you were out of your mind. I never imagined choosing surgery, but life changes you. In 2020, I was diagnosed with a progressive neurological condition and began struggling with my weight. By the end of the pandemic, I weighed 220 pounds. I felt miserable and knew I had to make a change. In 2022, I began a medical weight loss program and lost 80 pounds. I was proud, but my skin did not recover. I was left with sagging skin on my chest and stomach, and despite the weight loss, I still didn’t feel confident. After meeting one surgeon who felt impersonal and dismissive, I found Dr Natoli. She was the complete opposite. She listened, explained all my options, and made me feel heard. Her team, including Rosa and Courtney, was supportive, kind, and responsive every step of the… way. Ten weeks after surgery, my results are amazing. I had a small healing issue, but I was never left waiting for answers. I always felt cared for and prioritized. I never write reviews, but I had to write this one. Dr Natoli and her team are not just excellent at what they do — they are compassionate, genuine people. I feel confident, happy, and finally like myself again. Growing up, I always had a big breasts. In high school I had already surpassed DDD; when I hit 25 years old I was an F; After my kids I became a size M. I have always contemplated getting a breast reduction but I wanted to breast feed my children. After 5 years of marriage alongside my Irish twins. I finally decided it was time. I was referred to Dr. Natoli by my sister. From the consult I knew she was the one to make me apart of the ittie bittie tittie comittee. Dr. Natoli performed a BEAUTIFUL breast reduction ! my breast are perky, my back feels 100x better, shoulder pain has subsided, I could go on. Dr. Natoli was responsive and she listened to my needs. I am so happy with the results of my breast reduction. I have been wanting one for many years. I finally went forward. The day of the surgery I was very anxious. My blood pressure was high, not normal and the staff gave me time to relax and when I did my pressure went back down. They were professional yet caring. Those are also the words I would use to describe Dr. Noel Natoli!! I can go shopping now and not get sad seeing all the cute tops. I now fit into clothes and my body looks more balanced.
