Estoy tratando de hacer mi primer cita con El Dr. Gonzalez, pero no contestan las llamadas, y cuando por fin lo hacen, me ponen en linea y luego de 8 minutos, se corta la communication. Volvi a llamar y Al tratar de explicarle a la joven lo que estaba pasado, me volvio a poner en linea sin dejarme terminar ni avisar que lo iba a hacer, y lo mismo en espera y se vuelva la llamadas. Y ni siquiera responden El saludos, se queda callada, como si le molestara cobrar por lo que se supone debe hacer, UN buen trabajo de servicio Al cliente.

Dr. Omar Gonzalez has the worst office staff ever. Do no answer the phone and when they do it’s usually the machine. Will leave message but calls are never returned.

I was put on hold for over 32 minutes until I got hung up. I was trying to make an appointment with Dr. Omar.

Dr. Omar Gonzalez has the best staff I have ever seen. They are very nice and helpful with anything you need. The Dr is very good as well.
