Dr. Pamela Talan Stearns, MD

I have been going to Dr Stearn for 20 years. She is an amazing person who gives you the truth and yet with great compassion. I am sure that she is the one who has kept me healthy because I know she will be positive and yet tell me the truth. We did a teleconference today. I was so surprised and so grateful.

I just had an experience talking to Nickie, one of Dr. Stearns assistant and wow, if you want your blood pressure to rise have a talk with her. After 20 years of being a patient of Dr. Stearns, this assistant just threaten me to discontinue me as a patient because I missed during the term of 20 years 4 previous appointments. When I asked to talk to the doctor, she told me that I cannot do that. That I need to talk to Nickie and she will relay the message to the doctor (if you can believe that). The most ironic thing is that the last appointment that I missed was to check on my pressure. Well, I can tell you that every time that I go there my pressure will be off the charts if I have to deal with such an incompetent person!!!!

I have had Pamela Stearns as my primary care physican for almost 30 years. She patiently answers questions and is thorough. If she has any doubts at all, she refers you to a specialist to get another opinion.

I have been a patient for 5+ years. The experience has always been consistant with care and kindness. They ensure I made all my follow up appts for Mamos, and MRIs.

Excellent doctor, asks relevant questions to get the complete picture. It's rare to find a doctor who looks at the whole person and is also caring and compassionate. Highly recommend!!

Horrible doctor and staff! Especially front desk person, Lourdes. Extremely poor front desk service and doctor bedside manner and care. It is clear she does not care about her patients and their well being. Treats you like a co-payment rather than a patient needing care. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR!

I have been seeing Dr Sterns for over a year and am very pleased with her staff and her "bedside" manner--she always has time to talk to you.

Dr. Stearns gets right to the root of the problem and fast! she is caring and compassionate and takes the time to listen. Not a Doc to rush out soon after coming in. A person leaves this office knowing that they have come to the right place. If there is a wait...for her it is worth waiting.
