Dr Calhoun is excellent but wait time to be seen is over an hour. Appointments are scheduled too close together.

Like the other comments, wait time is always too long. Once I was the first patient and she was over a half hour late arriving! The last time I saw her she was distracted by the alarm on her phone and did not explain some things to me then told her nurse that she had covered it with me! Dismissive of my concerns. The "awards" she has been given on this site make we question putting any faith into any of these. Definitely would not recommend her to any of my friends.

The wait is always 1 to 2 hours! It is miserable. Why can't they text or call you if they are running that behind?

This should retire. Kept patients waiting for a ridiculous amount of time in waiting room 1-2 hours. This happened consistently when I was on time. Didn't last with this one. Didn't seem to be genuinely concerned with my chronic pain and medical history. Only went to her because my former Primary retired. In fact, she showed no compassion and when I told the very rude staff (who screened her calls and wouldn't allow me to speak with Dr. personally and never received a callback from Dr. because she simply did not care) that I would be leaving this practice, she had the nerve to send me a CERTIFIED LETTER telling me to find another doctor! This vicious and unnecessary action prevented another Primary Dr. from seeing me because this was in my permanent records. I didn't appreciate the unprofessional attitude and I should sue for defamation of character. Stay away from her!

I was in Dr Calhouns office a total of 3 hrs!!... Totally unacceptable. Could not believe the lack of concern she showed concerning the delay. Its apparent she thinks her time is more valuable than mine.. Horrible experience
