Dr. Ramzi A Tawil, MD

Dr. Tawil was not attentive to my issues at all. He rushed my examination and he stated that he can only review one issue per visit. I felt it was negligent care. Crystal Run used to be a great medical practice, and now it seems it has turned into a monopoly concerned only about the money. I understand that the staff is limited post COVID, so then maybe they should not schedule so many patients per day if we cannot receive adequate care. I had a cat scan almost a month ago and Dr. Tawil nor his nurse have contacted me to discuss the results. I have called several times with no response. The customer service is also very bad. The rep told me that I just would have to wait a little longer until someone contacts me. All around shameful.

Had Dr Tawil for the first time as my PCP he's really caring and listens to any concerns you may have

I have been going to Dr Tawil for a year. I find him to be very professional and extremely caring. Takes his time to really listen to you.

I originally met doctor Tawil on a visit to urgent care. I began using him as my PCP about 2 years ago. I think he is great! He is caring, professional and thorough. Tend to wait a bit to be seen for appointment but I am patient because I know when it is my turn he will take his time.

Too rushed, wasn't listening, just wanted out to get to the next patient. I won't be returning.

He spent 10 minutes, was clearly rushed, not sensitive at all to my concerns. You could tell he was just going through the motions. Seemed to just want to get the session done and rush me out. I was offended, as I had problems that needed treatment. I will never return.
