This "dr" saw my bf for 15 minutes of a scheduled 45 minute psychiatric evaluation. He never went over his medical history and without abandon scripted him Geodon without ever going over the contraindications to scripting the drug or the dangers of this drug. "Dr." Gerstman scripted him Geodon for bipolar even though it is predominently used for Schizophrenia. My bf developed Tardive Dyskinesia because of the Geodon and will now have one of the worst neurological disorders according to the national institute of neurological health for the rest of his life. My bf was a 4.0 gpa full tyme accounting student and full tyme empoloyee when he went to see "Dr." Gerstman on Feb. 15, 2011....less than a month later he was diagnosed with Tardive Dyskinesia as a result of the Geodon. DO NOT GO SEE THIS "DOCTOR"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
