This doctor has no bedside manor & staff is rude

Sets appointments and does not show. Too many good doctors out there to waste time with this one.

I saw the Doctor back in December, submitted to multiple tests and he found nothing wrong with me. I guess I just went there to waste my time and money as well as my insurance company's money. His staff is rude, unfriendly, and very unprofessional. I got billed by the office and his testing clinic. One group lost a payment and I had to send copy of cancelled check. Other group lost a check, it never cleared the bank, and then they added charges. How can they get away with that and they can't even explain. They're dumber than a box of rocks or the box the rocks came in. Avoid this place, try someone else, wish I had.

He basically would ask me my symptoms, I would try to answer, he would cut me off and then told me I could leave his office. I left in tears. You couldn't pay me to see this doctor again. BUT, the nurse and the office staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would not trust him to do anything. My mother was a patient of us for @ least 15 yrs. My mom started having major pain & told him every time we were in there where the pain was. He did a nerve test & said it was a pinched nerve. I found a dr in Dallas right after his findings for scoliosis that dr had never seen her & took 1 look @ her & said her hip had to be taken care of B4 he could do anything with her back. Brought her home to Baytown & had a MRI done & her hip was broken & had to have a hip replacement. I can't tell u how many visits we had with him describing her symptons & where the major pain was. He had her on so much morophine & Vicadin she's was so drugged out all the the time. We had her hip replaced & she had NO more pain. He never once looked to see if anything was wrong with the hip.He just ran nerve tests & more morphine. While recovereing she also had to go thru withdrawal from the mega morophine she had been taken for a long time & the dosage just got more & more +… could have up to 8 Vicadin a DAY.. She was in her 70's @ that time. We will never go back to him for anything.

Overall excellent Dr. and staff.

I've had several apointments with Dr. K. Always have to allow 3 hours/visit.
