If I could I would give this doctor negative review. He has an awful bedside manner absolutely no empathy in a difficult time he is not the doctor you want to have

Dr. Song is my hero. He is my Yoda. I didn't always understand what he was telling me at that exact moment but later I realized he was right in what he was saying and l needed to change because of what he said. I live because I was smart enough to take his advice. Everyone in his offices were always great to me and a huge part of my success in beating my cancer. Best Doctor I've ever had!

Dr. Song takes on many patients, so it was very hard to get a hold of him. He got very impatient and annoyed when a patient asks him questions about his/her own health. He will order all kinds of tests on you, I think just to make more money. If possible, find another oncologists.

My family was freaking out as was I. Dr Song managed to keep us calm while telling me what to expect and drawing up a plan. I felt I could trust him during this horrible time.

Excellent experience. Dr. Song and his staff were very kind, patient, and thorough with my needs and medical issues. Thank you again!

My father had an appt and the front desk should had verified his benefits before attending the appt. When we got there we were told that dr couldn’t see my father due to his ins. Dr was able to see him at the hospital a week before and never bother to even check is ins to make sure he accepted it. All he did was call my office and make a. appt. Why not verified patients benefits before u come to the appt or ask when your calling to make the appt. The staff was unprofessional how they spoke and also disrespected the Dr while he was talking. The way they presented them selfs with the clothes they where wearing! showing they stomach and looking messy. They never welcome you or smile or say hello good afternoon just told us fill the paperwork and let me verified benefits. My father health comes first and all we were there is to find out his results regarding his cancer and make a game plan to know what would be best for his health.??

Dr. Song does not have compassion for the patients he treats. Very money oriented. The time when he was giving my late father chemo he kept emphasizing how much one unit of chemo was. If you turn down his aggressive cancer he will refuse to treat the patient. It’s his way or the high way. He does treat his patients like a number. He can not communicate clearly, if yo have more questions regarding the chemo or the cancer he gets really offended. It’s hard when you are vulnerable in a situation and your doctor is aggressive and threatens to not treat his patient if you turn down his chemo. He went to as far as threatening to send my father Home if he refused to take chemo and also said there is no point in me wasting my medicine on him if he won’t take chemo when our family needed some time to sink in the situation. He is inhuman and has no compassion towards any family he is helping. He is just money oriented and he is disgustingly rude.

Dr. Song is, without a doubt, one of the most dedicated and compassionate doctors our family has ever met. He is also an incredible oncologist: extremely knowledgeable and experienced. We have known Dr. Song for over 9 years, and during all these years, Dr. Song has done the impossible to keep my sister strong and active during her chemo treatments, radiation treatments and surgery. My sister's stage 4 breast cancer metastasized to the lung and brain, yet Dr. Song has always been optimistic about her progress and has made her feel hopeful. We truly appreciate all he does. He is always available and goes above and beyond his duties. I know he works more than 12 hours a day. I've seen him at his practice early in the mornings and at the hospital late at nights and weekends. He is one of a kind! He is passionate about his vocation and he seems to love the challenge to stop all cancer, or at least, slow its growth. We are lucky to have him!

Dr. Song definitely works hard but because he takes on so many patients, he has little to no time for each person. Treats them like a number. No heart. No compassion. Gets annoyed if you ask questions.

Dr. Song is a great doctor, no the best! When your internist diagnosis you with cancer the first question you should ask him is, who would you see if you had cancer. My Dr. and personal friend said Dr. Songhe's the best. He truly cares about his patients. He may be hard to understand sometimes :) but he never minds repeating things for you. I've lost a lot of family members to this decease, and my Mom has lost 4 sibling, but she's still with me because of Dr. Song. People complaining about the wait, if there is one it's only because he's squeezed in a very sick patient. You'll appreciate that when it's your loved one.
