Wonderful doctor caring busy office

Dr Schwartz always makes sure that I fully understand what is going on with my treatment plan follows up even on the weekends to see how I am doing and to make sure that everything is going well with the doctors that she and to make sure that everything is going well with the doctors that she refers me and to make sure that everything is going well with the doctors that she refers me to. She goes above and Beyond for her patients.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Schwartz for about 6 years. It's always been office visits for sinus infections. For the past couple years we have tried different techniques to help with my sinus infections. I was on and off antibiotics and it just would go away and come back. Well, Dr. Schwartz ordered a scan and turns out I had some sinus issues that was causing all my problems. From that appointment on we focused on a solution. She is so kind and professional! We finally got a surgery date schedule and boy was I nervous. (I made the mistake of joining deviated septum support groups online and they all were making me want to back out of having the procedure.) I mentioned the week before surgery I was getting more and more nervous. She had said my husband and I could call her after hours with any questions we had leading up to the surgery date to help ease my mixed emotions. Well surgery day finally came and I mentioned how I was nervous, because with Covid, family members couldn't… come back to the pre-op area so I just kept thinking the worst. Well Dr. Schwartz showed up and started talking to me and she instantly made me feel comfortable by reiterating that everything was going to be okay and how I will be on the road to recovery. Let me tell you, she was not wrong. I am one week post-op and I have never been so happy to be able to go a full day without the headaches I would get. Even with the uncomfortable splints up my nose I went exactly 4 days and counting without a headache. I cannot even tell you the last time I went that long with out one. I truly owe it all the Dr. Schwartz! If you are willing to schedule and wait in her office you will not be disappointed. The first time back after a couple years I noticed new office staff. I was a little worried because the last gal, Jessica was so kind and would just pick up from the last conversation we had from the prior visit. It was nice walking into an office and being remembered.The two new girls hired are equally amazing! Christina I believe is her name is so kind. She reminds me of Jessica and just picks up with prior conversations and is so easy to talk to. I like the small town feel type of office in a large city! Thank you Dr. Schwartz and Staff :)

Charging me a no show fee in the midst of a pandemic after I tried to cancel the appointment.

I visited Dr. Schwartz on the recommendation of my wife, who visited Dr. Schwartz earlier. And I am so glad I found her. Dr. Schwartz has a systematic approach to complex problems. So, there were no snap decisions. Once diagnosed, she provided me with guidance on how to approach my surgical procedure in the best health possible. When it was time for surgery I was prepared properly, and when it was over, I was fortunate not to have any ill effects. No bruising or lingering pain. By following Dr. Schwartz's instructions I am healing quickly. I can breath again - very well. I would recommend Dr. Schwartz for any ENT work.

Dr Schwartz was a referral from my PC physician and I love her! She is the most thorough Dr I’ve seen since I moved to Las Vegas 5 years ago. Yes, there’s a bit of a wait, but when it’s my turn - Dr Schwartz is totally caring and treating only me! Her office staff are the sweetest.

Stay far away. Not only was the staff unprofessional as others have noted, Dr Susan herself acts like she can't be bothered to give you the time of day and generally projects a terrible attitude towards patients. This office will also do their best to scam you out of every last dollar they can through hidden fees and procedures not covered by your insurance. As with all scams, you will only find out after the fact. Avoid at all costs. You will be treated terribly from the minute you walk in the door. In the end you will find yourself paying far more than the pathetic, begrudging treatment from "doctor" Susan is worth. Do yourself a favor a find a doctor that is professional and actually knows how to treat people like people.
