I had been cared for by some of her more abrupt male colleagues, previously. Dr. Michel is effiecient and empatheic. I felt like she was really out for my best interests, : safety, personal supprot and most importantly comfort! Would highly reccommend her. She was ablr to place my IV on the first try, after 4 others had tried.
