Dr Kremchek has operated on my elbow and shoulder. Very good a professional. Highly recommend.
He is the absolute best. I haven't seen a doctor anywhere that can hold a torch to Dr. K. I mean this guy is like Ice Man from Top Gun--no mistakes. Ever. He's incredible and I count myself fortunate to call him my doctor. I don't know what to say besides that he is the best.
Dr. Kremchek literally changed my life. He gave me my dream back. His best attribute shows up AFTER he performs the surgeries he does which is his compassion and genuine caring for every single patient he sees. Treated me like a big-leaguer from Day One.
My son received the best care possible and we feel blessed to have had the opportunity for Dr. Kremchek perform the surgery. Regarding the reviews that mention feeling slighted by the amount of time spent with them by Dr. Kremchek, it's simply because he is the best at what he does, and is therefore sought after- his time is tight. I have had doctors in the past spend enough time with me to get to know me and my family personally after a single appointment. The quality of that kind of doctor is NOT what you need if you have a torn ACL, broken clavicle, or are seeking the best Tommy John surgeon in the area and you want to get back in the game as good as new and as quickly as possible. If you want to have a quick recovery because you had a medical "artist" reconstruct your ails, then do what you can to be a patient of Dr. Kremchek. If you want to get all cozy with your doctor and lament over what ails you, then the others are right, he's probably not your guy.
I hear a lot of negativity about Kremchek but has been great for me. Haters gonna hate.
One of the best surgeons I've met - amazingly caring and kind to his patients.
Had complications with surgery, they couldn't have cared less. Two surgeries later, still not healed.
Hard to believe that they could find a room big enough to fit this guy's ego. He might be a good surgeon (which I doubt) but his attitude toward others is the worst. His co-workers live in fear of him!!!
saw my son for knee problems - sent to therapy, had inserts made for his shoes, no testing or xrays didn't want to be bothered/ no follow up - one year later still has same problem- looking for a new doctor. would only recommend him if you are an athlete
Doc K rebuilt both of my shoulders & my left knee. I would not even consider going to someone else as he's the best!
Dr Kremchek performed Tommy John surgery 5 months ago on my gymnast daughter. (And yes, he did do the surgery, I watched him.). He was very forward and honest about the recovery and expectations. Yesterday she was released from his care feeling very strong and confident.
The party line at Beacon is that Doc K does all the surgeries that are done as part of the clinic's fellows program. The truth is that he does not do all the surgeries he says he does - the fellows themselves do a third to half of them. When patients ask staffers "is K doing my surgery?" many lie and repeat the party line - that he is doing/will do the procedure. Some sidestep the question or pass it along to someone else.
I'm not certain this doctor performed my surgery! He did not speak with me before nor after the procedure. A nurse simply came out after and handed my husband a video with some pictures. We were both shocked that we had little to no information about my procedure and result.
After being treated for many years by Kremchek for an ankle injury, I finally decided to have him perform surgery that he recommended. He assured me that it would be a quick in and out surgery and that I would make a full recovery in 3 months. After almost 18 months I am still having complications with my ankle and have been the 6 doctors since who do not know how to fix the surgery. Finally I have found a doctor who said the surgery was done incorrectly and that I would have to have another surgery to fix my ankle.
I've had both shoulders and a knee repaired and the results are great. You either love him or hate him. He's been great for me!
This guy screwed my shoulder up and wouldn't even try to fix it. I ended up seeing another doctor that operated again and said I had a torn labrum that had been there a long time and couldn't understand why Hollywood didn't see it and fix it. This mess cost me about 5 years of my life and my job. I wouldn't send a sick worm to this fraud....you can take what I'm saying to the bank...
Doc Kremchek is FANTASTIC. I had right shoulder rotater cuff surgery done in Louisville, Ky and the doctor really screwed it up. I contacted Dr. Kremchek and went to see him. He redid the surgery immediately and it turned out great. I now have full rotation of my right shoulder and no pain.DOC YOU ARE THE GREATEST AND I WILL NEVER FORGET WHAT YOU DID FOR ME. THANK YOU SO MUCH...
I saw Dr. Kremchek when I was only 13 years old with an extensive shoulder injury. I had to have my rotator cuff fully repaired, or even reconstructed if you will. My experience with him was fantastic. I was a pitcher at the time with phenomenal stats for my age. He was very helpful with me coping with the idea that I wasn't going to be able to pitch the following season. I have made a full recovery and the staff her recommended for physical therapy were incredible. Thanks again.
Dr.Kremchek repaired my left achilles tendon in 1995 and i have not had an ounce of pain since the surgery. Dr.K you rock
He did my knee replacement and I had no pain after surgery. He tells it like it is, he is up front and straight forward with you (I like that in a doctor). He is an excellent doctor, I would recomment him to anyone.
I went to Dr Kremchek to have my rotator cuff repaired. He treated me like a paycheck. No bedside manner. All he appears to care about is how many tv appearances he can make. He may know what he's talking about, but his skill set is very limited as far as surgery is concerned. I have spoken with several other former patients of his who have had revisions by other surgeons and have done very well after those.
