Dr. Tracey E Pinkston, MD

If I could give Dr. Pinkston’s practice 0 stars, I would. I had an appointment scheduled to see her as a new patient, but received a call ON MY WAY TO HER OFFICE that she had left for lunch and would not be back in the office that day. I am LIVID. From other reviews I have found online, this excuse seems to be a trend. If Dr. Pinkston cannot keep her appointments and does not value her clients’ time, then she does not need to be in business. My husband took off work to watch our 2 year old son to allow me to come to my appointment today and for her to cancel 20 min before my appointment time is COMPLETELY UNPROFFESSIONAL. Her receptionist who called to reschedule sounded like she has hade to make the same phone call many times before, so I have a feeling that this has happened to quite a few other patients who have not made the effort to write a review.

I called to inquire about becoming a patient and was directed to a number to text. No one in the office could be bothered to call me back. They answered my question via text message only. I'm a busy person and don't have time to sit on my phone when a simple 3 minute phone call could have answered all of my questions. They just kept pushing me to make an appointment (that I had to pay for). I wasn't even sure if the program was right for me at the time, but know now that I would never use this doctor if this is how her office is run. Lack of pure professionalism from the office staff and how they handle potential patients is just shocking.

I'd like to say that Dr. Pinkston is a good doctor, however, after trying unsuccessfully to set up an appointment for about a year, I finally gave up. If you aren't seeing new patients then please, by all means, let them know. Don't set up an appointment & then tell the patient that you can't see them over & over again. This happened to me about 4 or 5 times throughout the time span of about a year. When you have health issues like me, you desperately seek out any medical professional that might be able to help. Unfortunately, I'll never know just how good Dr. Pinkston really is due to the pitiful scheduling involved. Good luck getting in to see her.

Best doctor I have ever used.

Do NOT schedule an appointment with this physician if you have any hopes of seeing her within 4 months time. Dr. Pinkston needs to SERIOUSLY re-evaluate her situation {personal health/lyme disease} and possibly consider closing her practice until she is able to better preform her job & provide for her patients. I have anxiously waited a little over 2 months to see her, because I am desperate to find a practitioner who can help me; but I received a call the morning of my appointment that the Dr was unable to work today & it would be another month and a half before I could reschedule to try again. If any medical practitioner is unable to provide care for others due to their own medical problems, well, I just think it is extremely unfair to those patients who are seeking her help.

Tracy Pinkston is an excellent doctor. She runs blood tests I had never had run and collaberated with me to determine the best treatment for my auto immune illness. She is very knowlegable about supplements and environmental issues that can make you sick. She is not a drug pushing doctor, she endeavors to get to the cause of your illness. It's a little difficult to get in to see her, but it's worth the effort.

Dr. Pinkston is not the average drug pushing MD. She is very bright but still listens and is open minded. Plus she values and understands vitamins & mineral supplements. It may take a little while to see her, but she is worth it. She immediately figured out I had Lead Poison last year, and my other ex-MD did not have a clue. She will honestly tell you what she thinks, and educate you. I highly recommend her to anyone seriously ill.

Cant believe such a low rating, she saved my fathers life, and has been the one doctor to actually discuss possibilities of my illness, instead of seeing me, ordering one test, and sending me out the door to bring in the next wad of money

She has great paper credentials but she is all about making money. She and Rosemary are always trying to get you to buy different tests and supplemen ...
