Dr. Rentel is a very kind, caring person, but she completely missed the diagnosis of my kidney stone even when looking at the CT Scan. Only after I asked her to look again did she refer me to a urologist who told me the stone was clearly on the CT Scan. Consequently I was needlessly in excruciating pain for weeks. And she didn't follow up with me to see how things went or make any gesture in that regard, which was really disappointing.
She's just great! takes her time, caring, and compassionate.
After being in the ER until 2a, I was exhausted. So, I didn't hear my phone ring at 9a the next day. I missed the call from my awesomely concerned family doctor who had already reviewed my ER records…
