Dr. Liu is a very nice person whom I believe truly cares about his patients. However, he is simply too busy to give the proper attention. I tend to wait about an hour and a half in the waiting room every time I have an appointment, and when I get in there, he's always extremely rushed. He ends up staring at his laptop trying to fill prescriptions and barely gives me any doctor<>patient time.
