Dr Parsons kept telling me I had reflux. After losing 17 pounds in 6 months I went to another gastroenterologist that discovered my problem - with the correct testing and treatment. I am now healthy

He does not communicate well. He talks in a condescending manner. He appears annoyed if you question his judgement.

Dr. Parsons provided my husband with incorrect instructions to prep for his procedure. His staff essentially blamed me, even though he followed the instructions and we brought the instructions with us. This doctor was too important to talk to us personally; his male assistant Alex briefly spoke to us in a demeaning way - they made the female nurse tell us we had to reschedule. My husband was so weak from the prep; he fell in the morning before we got to the hospital. Outrageous patient care and concern. Do not use this doctor or the Northwest Community Hospital gastro office on Central!!!! And Dr. Parsons deserves zero stars, not the one star required to write this review.
