The recptionist was extremely rude and not at all helpful.I was left in the exam room for more than 30 minutes before a nurse came in and asked what she could do for me.I had listed that I was experiencing extreme back pain. As a new patient I wanted a complete physical and expected to be examined by the doctor, not a nurse. When I politely told the nurse that I wanted to be examined by the doctor she told me that I should have told the girl that at the front desk. ???So I was left to wait another 35 minutes when I decided to leave. I am new to the NC area and wished to establish a new doctor relationship but the rude manner in which I was treated in Dr. Tabes office has left me still looking for a family physcian.John R Shaffer
