The nightmare continues with this office and staff! Today we received more bills via text messages requesting $30.00. Proof this was already taken care of is attached. Spouse and I went to their practice 12/13/24 for annual physical and exam. This is after they were given all of our insurance information and assured us our insurance was accepted.They took forever to prepare the lab requisition forms and we were finally able to get our labs done the following month. We are currently disputing bills with Quest Diagnostics in the thousands of dollars because they tell me the Provider Zhen Lu M.D. and Laura Rigby NP sent in wrong internal code orders. I called Anthem insurance directly and they advised for the providers to call them directly because there is a process they need to do to clear this up but the office refuses. Office manager Amy wouldn’t even take down Anthem’s number and suggested Anthem should call her instead. She kept arguing over the phone insisting my insurance doesn’t… cover the same basic labs we have done every single year for the past 8 years without an incident at other doctor’s office. I have spoken to Jay at front desk several times requesting assistance with this matter and a call back, and no one calls back. When you call their office again they pick up and hang up on you. Please read other reviews, this is a pattern for this practice. Please let me know if others were able to resolve this issues or if they are currently in dispute, or in legal process to resolve them.
