I have had the displeasure of being treated by Dr. Shah, his lack of attention to detail and follow up on commitments is worrisome. Went there because a permanent retainer I have had gotten loose and it was bothering me, we cut the wire, and let a sharp piece of it bothering my tongue, I pointed out to him and he said he would correct it by the end of the appointment. He totally forgot about it, I had to remind him. He would have left it there were it was hurting and pinching my tongue. He also promised he was going to follow up on and check on availability for me to get a night retainer, in about 3 weeks you will get the information on your mail..... The information never came. Last he took some x-rays.... Even as I asked him not to because my insurance wouldn't pay for them this soon, he told me to not worry, If they insurance didn't pay for it he would not charge me for them, and that they were necessary. Well, I got a 130 USD bill, and when I pointed out his comments to the… billing department, he simply did not kept his word. The practice is good, but STAY AWAY FROM DOCTOR SHAH
