First I want to say the problem I have is with the office staff not the hygienist or dentist. The office staff is rude and disrespectful. I called to schedule my appts and asked if they took my insurance. I had two separate appointments between myself and my family. At no point during my multiple visits was I ever informed the office was not actually networked with my insurance until I received a bill and called my insurance company about my coverage. When I called the office about the bill the office manager argued with my that "the staff always tells patients they aren't networked but can file the insurance for them" and that "she was standing there when they told me this" which was a complete lie. I was never told they weren't networked with my insurance over the phone or in person. I was waved out of my first appointment by the front desk and was told "they sent the charges to the insurance and I was free to go". I even called after my appointment asking for a copy of the bill… and was told there was no bill because it was all picked up by the insurance. Then after my SECOND appointment I asked for a copy of how they services were being charged to the insurance and was given copies of the service charges and the billing to the insurance. At this point, I was STILL not told they were not in network they simply gave me the papers for my children and myself and said I was good to go. I feel this office was scamming me by not telling me they were not networked and instead saying "they took my insurance" so that they could collect on the remaining balance that I would have on the services. The office manager continuously "apologized that I did not understand what they said about not being networked with my insurance". Apologizing for my misunderstanding is a slap in my face! This was not a misunderstanding! It was a failure of the office staff to provide accurate information to a patient and the manager should not be trying to "convince" me something was said when it wasn't! I am disgusted at the way the manager argued with me regarding information that I was never given by any of the office staff members I came into contact with. Attempting to convince me that I was told something I wasn't and telling me "it was my responsibility to verify networking not theirs". I did verify networking, the day I called them to ask if they took my insurance and new patients before scheduling my appointments...and was not told they were not networked! I will not be going to this office anymore and would never recommend them to anyone. The office staff failed to give me information about their network status, and deny that they didn't. They refused to settle the remaining balance with me. I have FULL coverage on my dental and should not be paying any balances on the services I receive. This was not the first office I called to verify insurance networking. Others I called were very straight forward about whether they were networked.

He and his staff are always super friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem with any work done there, nor has he ever hurt me during any procedure and I have been going there for at least 15 years.
