I am warning you that Dr. Austin is dangerous. Just a fair warning.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Austin. The surgery went smoothly and recovery has been great, unfortunately my experience in the office was unpleasant. Dr. Austin was over an hour late to my surgery, putting the nurses on edge which fed my anxiety. I was not nervous walking into the office but after waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes and then being left alone and hooked up to an IV in the operating room for an additional 40 minutes I began getting nervous. The nurses seemed preoccupied and their agitated demeanor made my experience less than pleasant. I understand that this is a routine surgery that they probably do daily, but for me it was a once in a lifetime experience and I cannot say it has been a good one.

Brought my daughter to your office today for an infected tooth extraction.... The waiting area was the most pleasant I have ever experienced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Michelle went above and beyond to be kind and thoughtful. As a mom, I really appreciate your taking good care of my daughter. Thank you.

My general dentist noticed a dark gray area at base of a root and referred me to Dr Austin to extract. The apointment was given much sooner than I anticipated. Dr Austin, during consultation, was prepared to extract the tooth. Knowing a little about implant surgery, Dr Austin performed the implant procedure on my wife with very positive results. I asked Dr Austin if he could explain the procedure and following, I asked for the implant procedure. From the very beginning until finished with his part, it's been nothing but, exactly what he said the results would be. I highly recommend Dr Austin and if needed, will absolutely go to him again. His staff is remarkable. Know you by your name; have answers to questions if seems before you ask. Very polite and very professional.
