Dr. Mary Verardi Maze

I have been going to Dr. Verardi for about 10 years. She is compassionate, confident, and an overall great dentist. I have referred several people to her practice and they all have been pleased with her work. Her staff is fantastic too. Christine, the Office Manager, has been there for years and is always helpful whenever I have insurance questions. I highly recommend this office!

Appointments are prompt, staff is friendly, hygienists are excellent. Dr. Verardi takes the time to explain everything. Would recommend to everyone.

Scheduled an appt for a cleaning covered by good insurance. We made it clear when scheduling the appt we wanted a cleaning. Never happened...xrays for $50 and were then told a deep cleaning was needed which is NOT covered by insurance. We walked out and do NOT recommend this dentist. Never EVER had an experience like this one....oh and the dentist's kids and dogs are part of the experience.

She has a huge chip on her shoulder and does poor work. Her only concern is making money. Worst dentist I have ever visited!

Went to Dr. Verardi for first time a few weeks ago, had my new patient consultation appointment. first impression was that the office was very well taken care of. the assistant was very sweet. then another lady came to help her, no introduction, had an accent couldn't understand her to clearly. then a third woman comes in looks in my mouth and very abruptly says you have a cavity we'll see you soon for a filling. (turned out to be the Dr. again didn't have the decency to introduce herself as the dentist) didn't even get to see what she looked like other than from the corner of my eye. so i was disappointed from the lack of professionalism. and regretted my decision to go back for my cavity filling. received the filling which I've never had and they didn't take the time to explain what it was or anything. all of a sudden she her giving me a shot w/no warning. after the filing was done neither her or her assistant advised me when i can or can not eat or drink i was totally clueless.… although when i brought that up in my evaluation appmnt. they claim its procedure that they tell their patient instructions afterward. also failed to tell me the pain i would feel. i called to complain 5 days later cause the pain was excruciating the office manager was nice over the phone but did not word herself properly. so when i repeated what she said over the phone to dentist, the dr. freaked and said that it was completely my fault that it was impossible the things that i was saying. so now a week after my cavity filling, she shaved my tooth down to see if it'll help with the pain and only after time we will now if i now need to receive a root canal to see if she really did in fact damage my nerves/ligaments/muscles. i obviously do NOT recommend seeing her. unprofessional condescending and was putting down other dentist to make her seem better like it was not her fault.

I've had two major requirements one of which was an emergency and very painful. Everyone was more than responsive and caring about my needs... and the quality of the end product was the best I have ever had as she also corrected a problem created by another dentist office. This office is efficient and fast from the front counter to the dental chair experience.
