Dr. Michael Joseph

I was so nervous when my general dentist told me that I might need a root canal.I called Der. Joseph's office and spoke to a very nice, caring receptionist. She made scheduling my appointment so easy! And Dr. Joseph has a web site www.endocambridge.com so I could fill out my intake paperwork at home when I was relaxed. When I went in to the office all I had to do was sign my forms and I was off to see Dr. Joseph brought to him by his assistant. He did thorough testing and then asked me if it was OK to begin the root canal. I was in and out in a hours time ! After the root canal he took the time to bring me to the front desk and reviewed post operative instructions with me as well. I loved him and his staff. Bravo for a great team Dr. Joseph.

Dr. Joseph is an incredible doctor!!! I had pain relief the day of the root canal and he was gentle, kind, and patient with me, despite my ignorant/insolent questions. Cannot recommend him enough!

I recently had root canal treatment by Dr. Joseph and can't say enough great things about this office. I was told by me dentist back home that I needed a root canal but I had to head back to school before I was able to have the procedure. The staff who works at the front was very organized and ensured me that everything would be fine. Dr. Joseph explained the procedure to me, calmed my nerves and worked like a well-oiled machine with his assistant. You could tell they had worked together for quite some time. The only thing bad about the procedure was hold my mouth open. The feared root canal was literally painless!! I really was worrying for nothing. Dr. Joseph is at the top of his game and I left out of pain and relieved that I was worried for nothing. Great office, great experience!

I read the above review from what appears to be a very disgruntled patient only after having been to Dr. Joseph's office myself. My experience with Dr. Joseph was just the opposite. Dr. Joseph spent a long time with me explaining the procedure ahead of time as I was very nervous to get a root canal! I asked that he explain what he was doing along the way and he was more than happy to tap me on the shoulder, ask if I was OK and let me know how things were progressing. His assistant was very caring and I could tell that they had been working together for a long time as the procedure went like clockwork. I had been in pain for over a week and his office squeezed me in the day I called. I couldn't have been happier to be out of pain and to be able to finally sleep that night.
