Dr. Michael Lopez

I am a former patient. If you look him up he's moved quite a bit. I was told a cavity was just "discoloration" of my tooth, which was insanity even for my untrained eye. I'm having it filled elsewhere. I was told I needed deep cleaning and delivery of antimicrobial agents for my "diseased gums" and I paid for my amount due at time of service - my insurance denied their claim because my gums were fine. It was reviewed twice - I, on the other hand, was out hundreds of dollars. He filled my front tooth - that fell out within two months. In the front waiting room of the practice I saw him at - there was a cute little sign that said if you leave a good review of at least 3 sentences for Dr Lopez, you will be entered to win an ipad. This guy has to buy his reviews.

Unbelievable. I came to have work done that was paid for in adVance, and he is not here. The same stuff I read for 2013! don't know where he is and I was informed his notetaking/record keeping for my chart and others was poor! Something needs to be done about this man. I read the other reviews from 2013 say the same thing.

Dirt bag abandoned his practice without giving notice. Drug addict. Stay away from him and try to get his license taken away.

I went to his office for my scheduled appointment and his office was closed with no explanation or forwarding address. I need my records for a new dentist. My insurance only pays for full xrays every several years. I was a patient in that office for 15 yrs and would like my records for a new dentist. Does anyone know how to get my dental records?

I thought doctors had to have the courtesy of informing patients where their charts were, It amazes me that he would just close his doors. I found out when I called to make appointments for my children and the number is no longer in service.

Closed his practice and charged me in advanced for services he didn't get to perform. Nowhere to be found now
