if there was a lower option than poor, I would give this office that rating. Don't answer phone or return calls. Had to change dentists as she would not return multiple calls.

I've been going to Dr. Kudla for 2 years and have never had an issue. She does a thorough job cleaning and answers all of my questions. I would recommend her to others.

I see dr. Kudla for 7 years. She is amazing dentist. The best dentist in Jamestown!

I know a lot of people who have worked at the office and she is incredible unprofessional. Doesn’t offer any type of benefits, advancements or raises. This isn’t a career spot for anyone. She is normally 30-50 min late to the first appointments in the morning and the afternoon. My fillings came out not even a week after getting them and my insurance was charged double for her work not staying in. I’ve had to come in for adjustments on my fillings almost ever filling. Then she has the nerve to implicate that it was my fault the fillings came out.

The staff was very nice

Very Rude staff and doctor. Place not organized at all, always new employees and I pretty sure the doctor fired someone when I was there last time.
