My daughter ended up with an infection following wisdom tooth removal, which I understand can happen. The issue I have is that the doctor claimed she did not have an infection (fever, pus, swelling 7 days post surgery - huh?), never gave her a syringe to keep the area clean, even after she came in showing obvious signs of an infection. The doctor never cleaned out the socket, yet gave her antibiotics as a "precaution" and sent us on our way. Two rounds of antibiotics later, she still had an infection. He refused to see her - I could tell the receptionist felt bad. When I contacted our family dentist, she was extremely concerned and immediately referred us to another surgeon. A 3-D scan showed the infection was eating the jaw bone! My daughter had to have another surgery to clean the wound out, scraping away the dead bone. It was a long, six-month ordeal that possibly could have been avoided with better after care. The new surgeon's nurse was outwardly shocked/disgusted by the poor… care my daughter received. AVOID this doctor!

He was inappropriate with my teenage daughter. Ashamed people like him are still practicing.

The doc is great but The new office manager Pam is a joke. Unprofessional, and rude to her staff. This clinic could benefit from a new manager. Having her claim she has “masters degree” I would beg to differ. Do your company a favor and get rid of Pam.

I felt immediately comfortable with Dr. Perry, and confident in the treatment that I received.
