I’ve been a patient at this dental office since I was a child, but I’m extremely disappointed with how they’ve handled billing and scheduling recently. I scheduled a cleaning before my dental benefits expired on the 31st, but because of a past balance from a previous visit, they refused service. The issue wasn’t mine—my previous cleaning was covered by insurance, but the office failed to submit the claim correctly. Now, the insurance has denied payment due to their delay, and while they say there’s a high chance it will eventually be covered after an appeal, they refuse to provide the cleaning until it’s resolved. This is incredibly frustrating, as it’s not my fault and now I won’t get the care I need before my benefits expire. I strongly advise patients to double-check that this office submits claims properly and keeps up with billing—even long-term patients like me can be caught off guard.

I went for my first appointment and hadn’t been to a dentist in years. Dr Roque and his staff made me feel at ease and addressed my concerns. I’ve already scheduled my next cleaning in 6 months.
