Dr. Norowski is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. He graduated with honors from both Vanderbilt University and Washington University School of Dental Medicine. He is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society as well as The American Dental Association and The Mississippi Dental Association.
Dr. Norowksi became involved with the Biloxi Rotary Club in 1982, and helped to found and become the first president of the Edgewater Rotary Club in 1986. That same year, with the help of his Rotary Club, started the “Children’s Health Fair†of Biloxi. The Edgewater Rotary Club has since sponsored the Annual Children’s Health Fair, every year in July, for the last twenty-six years. Dr. Norowski is extremely proud of this record.Â
Dr. Norowski has three adult children and resides in Ocean Springs, MS where he a member of Christus Victor Lutheran Church. He is an avid fisherman and a musician, participating in several coast …musical band and theatrical venues. He also enjoys gardening, painting, and has a German short-haired pointer named Maxine.
Dr. Norowski collects music themed artwork to use throughout the office. He enjoys creating a relaxing work environment for the patients to enjoy.Â
He likes Elvis, The Eagles, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Chet Atkins, Les Paul, and Doyle Dykes.
