I really appreciate that Dr. Mikesell takes the time to explain everything to you, which could have saved me a lot of regret if all dentists were that way. Too bad insurance does not cover dental issues (especially implants) like they do medical issues, which is TOTALLY OUTRAGIOUS!!!! Teeth are priceless.

I saw Dr. Mikesell just a week ago during covid. They took many professional precautions providing a safe comfortable environment and I was able to leave pain free!

I walked in the office nervous but he made a lot of funny jokes and relaxed me extremely well

“As bad as a root canal” is a cliche that doesn’t fit here. Due to an accident in my youth I have spent a great deal of time in dental chairs over the years. At least 4 procedures done in this office by Philip or his dad Allen, not easy ones either since my early dentists got the easy up front ones. Philip just completed one this evening, yet again pain free and easy to deal with. I believe his success is due to him (like his dad) being super meticulous and thorough. I can only assume that the only negative review here is a disagreement with the “conversational banters” that take place when in the chair which frankly I found relaxing.
